Graphite Gaskets

Graphite is characterized by exceptionally good chemical and thermal resistance, high compressibility, 

i.e. good conformability to irregular and rough sealing faces, low creep, good gas sealability, and consistent material properties even under alternating operating conditions. 
In order to increase pressure resistance, a tanged stainless steel core guarantees excellent resistance against blow-out at high pressures.​

PTFE Gaskets

We manufacture gaskets from the following types:

​

  • Virgin PTFE.

  • PTFE with fillers that are Biaxially oriented. These materials are softer and exhibit lower creep and higher recovery. FMI Sichem materials are widely used in the chemical and pharma industries.

  • Expanded PTFE - a soft material for delicate applications.

PTFE Enveloped Gaskets

The popular enveloped gaskets are either V shaped, or U shaped. 
The filler materials can be suited to the application. Asbestos free materials and rubber are the most common. For glass flanges and reactors (Pfaudler, etc) a stainless steel corrugated insert is added to the filler. â€‹

Rubber Gaskets

Our gaskets are manufactured from a wide variety of elastomers:

SBR, NBR (Nitrile, Buna N), CR (Neoprene), EPDM, Silicone, FKM (Viton), Butyl, Hypalon, FFKM (Kalrez), PU, etc.

For applications that require resistance to high pressures and tensile strength, a mesh insertion can be added.

Spiral wound and metallic gaskets

We carry a large inventory of Spiral Wound Gaskets.

Also available are:

  • Kammprofile gaskets

  • RTJ rings

  • Corrugated Gaskets

  • Metal Jacketed gaskets for heat exchangers

The semi metallic gaskets can be combined with graphite, PTFE, Mica and other soft materials.

Asbestos Free Materials

We cut gaskets from the high quality Reinz GmbH AFM asbestos free materials.

The comprehensive Reinz line is suitable for a wide variety of applications.

AFM34 is Victor Reinz most successful gasket material of all time. This aramide fiber-based classic is completely harmless from a physiological point of view and has all the important approvals (TA Luft and FDA-compliant, to name a few). Universally useable, this gasket material is the perfect sealing solution for a huge number of media and a wide range of temperatures and operating pressures.


AFM34 is also available with a wire mesh insert for high pressure applications.

Gaskets per Customer's Request

Special gaskets are manufactured according to customer's samples and drawings from any material.

 

Our delivery time is very short and same-day supply is possible for urgent applications.

PTFE Tapes and Sealing Strips

PTFE tapes are popular for sealing pipe connection threads.


We distribute dph Germany thread sealing tapes for regular applications and also for sealing gases.

dph HEFLON sealing strips with self adhesive back are available in a variety of sizes.


They are used as gaskets replacement, mostly in the chemical industry and for heat exchangers.

Packings

We carry a stock of packings for all applications, in all dimensions.
 

The most popular are pure graphite and PTFE packings.​

Bearings

High quality bearings are available in stainless steel, or chrome steel and are individually packed.

​Cellulose Fiber Gaskets

We cut gaskets from FLEXOID branded cellular fiber that is manufactured in the UK.


These gaskets have a medium resistance to fuels, oils and moisture, up to 120 deg C.

Vulcanized Fiber Washers

We manufacture vulcanized fiber washers and gaskets from a few material grades.


A few grades have good dielectric resistance and are used for electric insulation purposes.

Rubber Cork Gaskets

We manufacture rubber cork gaskets per customers'  specifications for applications that require adaptability to non parallel and curved surfaces.

The gaskets can resist fuels, oils, water and non aggressive solutions, up to 180 deg. C and low pressures.

Plastic gaskets, washers and shapes

We manufacture plastic gaskets, washers, spacers and shaped parts per customers' samples and drawings.


PE, HDPE, Polyamide, PTFE and filled PTFE rectangles are widely used as bearing pads.

Washers

Our washer line is extensive.

Metallic: Copper, Aluminium, Brass, Steel, Stainless Steel, etc.

Semi metallic: Washers that are metal clad with soft filler. 

Soft washers: Asbestos free, PTFE, Plastics, Vulcanized Fiber, Cellulose Fiber, Rubber Cork, etc.

Oil Seals

The oil seals are available in many styles: Single Lip, Double Lip, etc.
